WHAT DOES DEO MEAN?

HOW ARE THE CLOTHES PRINTED?
Each item is printed in house and to order.
This keeps the carbon footprint low and helps you to know that care and craft is put into every single item.
DOES DEO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, not yet. At the moment we can only ship to the UK or Ireland. This will soon be extended to Europe and the US.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your order should arrive in 5-7 working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays). You will also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates.
If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with our team. Please make sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status for you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a UK tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order, we currently ship with Royal Mail and you can track your order by using the link in your confirmation email.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account (subscribers) to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us at info@madebydeo.com
THERE'S AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or junk emails to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us.
If you haven’t received this, please contact us via email, along with your order details so we can resolve this for you.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once you have placed an order, the team get straight to work, making sure we promptly print, pack and process your order.
Therefore, once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back to us in the reusable shipping bag.
Please note: We will only refund items that are in brand new, unused condition Once we’ve received the items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. If you need clarity on this then please drop us an email.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Yes, our shipping bags are reusable, made from 100% recycled materials & are 100% recyclable. The item bags can also be reused and recycled.
Even the swing tags are made from recycled packaging card and are 100% CUSTOM MADE AND UNIQUE!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY?
We’ve worked hard to source products that are 100% cruelty free for humans and animals. Product descriptions include the material used and will state if they are also Vegan friendly.
WHY CAN'T I FIND AN ITEM THAT I'VE SEEN ADVERTISED?
We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes an item may sell out (if the ads work REALLY well!).
It won’t usually take long to restock (2-4days).
If there is something you see advertised and you can’t see it on the website, then please get in touch.
